Chatflow Assist Ltd (referred to as “we” or “the Company”), with its registered office at 2nd Floor, College House, 17 King Edwards Rd, Ruislip, HA4 7AE, operates under the following terms and conditions for all client engagements.

Definitions:
“You”: Refers to the client as identified in the engagement letter or agreement.
“Project”: Encompasses all services and work necessary to complete the agreed project.
Hours: Normal business hours: Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), 9:00 – 17:00.

Our Purpose:
To provide value-added sales and marketing advice and services across web, email, and social media platforms.

Our Core Values:
Respond promptly to queries.
Keep you informed and updated on project progress.
Obtain prior consent before undertaking any work.
Ensure you are aware of the financial implications of projects.

Scope of Services:
Services are described in the engagement letter/agreement and may be varied by mutual agreement during the project.

Payment Terms:
Payments are due immediately on acceptance of services offered – upon a setup fee, with ongoing monthly subscriptions or annual upfront payment.
Payment methods: Stripe or BACS.

Exclusions of Liability:
We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenues, incomes, anticipated savings, business, contracts, or opportunities resulting from services delivered in a project.

Copyright:
Unless otherwise agreed, Chatflow Assist Ltd retains copyright over original materials created for a client. The client’s fee allows use of the material for its intended purpose.

Electronic Communications:
We assume email communication is acceptable unless instructed otherwise. Emails will not be encrypted unless a higher security level is requested and mutually agreed upon.

Publicity:
We may disclose that you are or have been a client, and, if the project information is public or you consent, that we are or have been working on your project.

Force Majeure:
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you of any such occurrences as soon as possible.

Law and Jurisdiction:
Engagement letters or agreements are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Variation of Terms:
The Company may revise these Business Terms and Conditions at any time. You are expected to review these terms regularly.
